Hotel

Reservations should be made at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center, located at 241 S. College Street, Auburn AL 36380, which will serve as the conference hotel. Make your reservation online at https://be.synxis.com/?Hotel=75989&Chain=10237&arrive=2025-02-27&depart=2025-03-02&adult=1&child=0&group=250327CREM or by phone to 334 821 8200.  Make sure you mention the Consortium on the Revolutionary Era to get the discount rate, which will be $179 per night, plus taxes. The deadline for reserving a room at the discount group rate is January 28, 2025.

Getting here

By car

The Hotel at Auburn University is located just off the I-85, at 241 College Street, Auburn AL 36830.

Coming from the north (via Atlanta), use exit 57, following signs for Bent Creek Road.  Turn right onto Bent Creek Road. Turn left onto E Glenn Avenue. Turn left onto E Samford Avenue. Turn right onto S College St.

Coming from the South (via Montgomery), use exit 51, bear left onto S. College Street, and drive for about 4.5 miles.

On S. College St., the hotel will be on your right.  Turn in for parking right before you reach the main hotel entrance. The hotel offers overnight self parking ($20/night) and overnight valet parking ($25 a night).

After Friday at 5.30 restrictions on parking on campus are not enforced.  There is a university parking deck opposite the hotel at 5 Roosevelt Dr, Auburn AL, 36849.

By airplane

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), served by most major airlines and Delta’s largest hub, is located 100 miles from the Auburn University campus. Average travel time between the airport and campus is 1.5-2 hours.

There is a scheduled ground shuttle service between Hartsfield-Jackson directly to The Hotel at Auburn University via Groome Transportation: https://groometransportation.com/auburn/ . The cost for a one-way shuttle service from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Auburn University is US$55.00 if booked online.  Reservations by telephone (334 821 3399) are $65 per trip. By bus
